TreeVanti provides web-based business management software for tree care companies (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of your company.
The Service is billed at a flat price per month or per year, according to the plan you select. Each plan includes a stated number of users. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can change plans or cancel, from the Billing page; changes are prorated. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
You own the data you enter. Each company's data is kept separate from every other company's. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you store and for having the right to store it.
Do not misuse the Service, attempt to access other companies' data, or interfere with its operation. Each login is for one person; do not share passwords.
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or fail to pay.
